Job Description:
The Pharmacovigilance Project Manager role at PrimeVigilance provides experienced professionals the opportunity to lead client-facing projects within drug safety operations. This position focuses on planning, communication, and execution of pharmacovigilance project deliverables in a global environment.


Key Accountabilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for all project-related matters for clients and internal teams

  • Ensure high-quality service delivery and maintain strong client relationships

  • Define project scope and objectives in line with the client agreements

  • Plan project activities, establish timelines, and manage milestones

  • Deliver regular updates and reports to both clients and internal management (e.g., monthly reports and invoice foundations)


Qualifications:

  • Experience in pharmacovigilance project management, ideally within a CRO or service provider

  • Life Sciences or healthcare-related degree (e.g., chemistry, biology, biotechnology, veterinary medicine)

  • Strong client-facing, communication, and presentation skills

  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities with attention to detail

  • Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level), both spoken and written

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
