Manage Affiliate Mailbox and reconcile reports as per process.
Perform written follow-ups for Serious and Non-serious cases.
Handle case identification, data entry, MedDRA coding, case processing, submission, and follow-ups in the safety database.
Ensure compliance with client guidelines and global regulatory requirements.
Ability to establish strong client relationships
