You will help leading biopharma companies improve outcomes by:
Managing Affiliate Mailbox
Performing ICSR case processing
Conducting MedDRA coding
Handling serious and non-serious case follow-ups
Ensuring compliance with global regulatory requirements and client-specific guidelines

Manage case identification, data entry, coding, submission, and follow-up activities
Ensure accurate documentation and timely reporting
Solve routine problems using defined processes and precedents
Collaborate with team members and report to the direct supervisor
Work as an individual contributor with a focused scope of work
Be flexible to work in rotational shifts
🎓 Qualifications
Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or
Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm)
💡 Skills Required
Knowledge of Pharmacovigilance Operations
Understanding of Drug Safety Surveillance
Familiarity with ICSR case processing and MedDRA coding
