💊 Business Unit: Life Sciences R&D

Sub-offering: Clinical, Pharmacovigilance & Regulatory Services

You will help leading biopharma companies improve outcomes by:

  • Managing Affiliate Mailbox

  • Performing ICSR case processing

  • Conducting MedDRA coding

  • Handling serious and non-serious case follow-ups

  • Ensuring compliance with global regulatory requirements and client-specific guidelines


🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Manage case identification, data entry, coding, submission, and follow-up activities

  • Ensure accurate documentation and timely reporting

  • Solve routine problems using defined processes and precedents

  • Collaborate with team members and report to the direct supervisor

  • Work as an individual contributor with a focused scope of work

  • Be flexible to work in rotational shifts


🎓 Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or

  • Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm)


💡 Skills Required

  • Knowledge of Pharmacovigilance Operations

  • Understanding of Drug Safety Surveillance

  • Familiarity with ICSR case processing and MedDRA coding
