🎯 Role Overview
You will be aligned with Life Sciences R&D vertical, supporting Pharmacovigilance & Drug Safety Surveillance operations.
This role spans across the life sciences enterprise, from clinical trial support and regulatory services to pharmacovigilance and patient safety solutions.
You’ll help leading biopharma companies enhance patient outcomes by integrating scientific expertise with patient insights.
🧠 Key Responsibilities
Manage Affiliate Mailbox and case reconciliations per defined process
Perform all written follow-ups for Serious and Non-serious cases
Create and manage case identification, data entry, MedDRA coding, case processing, submissions, and follow-ups for ICSRs
Ensure compliance with client guidelines and global regulatory requirements
Analyze and solve moderately complex problems
Propose new solutions or adapt existing methods and procedures
Understand and align with the strategic direction set by senior management
Interact with supervisors, peers, management, and clients as needed
Lead small teams or manage workstreams independently
Work in rotational shifts as required
🎓 Qualifications
Education:
Any Graduation
Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm)
Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm)
Experience: 5 – 11 years in Pharmacovigilance or Drug Safety Surveillance
Certifications (Preferred): JLPT N3 – N5
Skills Required:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
💬 Language Proficiency
Japanese (Elementary level) – JLPT N3, N4, or N5
