Job Overview:
Accenture is hiring a Pharmacovigilance Services New Associate to support global pharmaceutical clients in ensuring drug safety and regulatory compliance. This role offers hands-on experience in case processing, safety data entry, MedDRA coding, and regulatory follow-up activities for Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs).
Key Responsibilities:
Manage Affiliate Mailbox and reconcile reports per SOPs
Perform written follow-ups for Serious and Non-serious adverse events
Handle case identification, data entry, and ICSR submissions
Apply MedDRA coding and regulatory guidelines during case processing
Ensure compliance with global safety and pharmacovigilance standards
Collaborate with internal teams to complete tasks under supervision
Work in rotational shifts based on project needs
Required Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm)
Experience: 0 to 2 years (freshers can apply)
Skills:
Basic understanding of pharmacovigilance and drug safety
Familiarity with case processing workflows
Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
Willingness to work under detailed supervision and predefined scope
