Job Overview:

Accenture is hiring a Pharmacovigilance Services New Associate to support global pharmaceutical clients in ensuring drug safety and regulatory compliance. This role offers hands-on experience in case processing, safety data entry, MedDRA coding, and regulatory follow-up activities for Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs).


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Affiliate Mailbox and reconcile reports per SOPs

  • Perform written follow-ups for Serious and Non-serious adverse events

  • Handle case identification, data entry, and ICSR submissions

  • Apply MedDRA coding and regulatory guidelines during case processing

  • Ensure compliance with global safety and pharmacovigilance standards

  • Collaborate with internal teams to complete tasks under supervision

  • Work in rotational shifts based on project needs


Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm)

  • Experience: 0 to 2 years (freshers can apply)

  • Skills:

    • Basic understanding of pharmacovigilance and drug safety

    • Familiarity with case processing workflows

    • Detail-oriented with strong communication skills

    • Willingness to work under detailed supervision and predefined scope
