Qualification Required: MBBS
Skill Set Required:
Pharmacovigilance & Drug Safety Surveillance
Knowledge of ICSR case processing, MedDRA coding, data entry, and regulatory submission
Ability to manage affiliate mailbox, reconcile reports, and perform follow-up activities (both serious and non-serious cases)
Understanding of client safety database and applicable global regulatory standards
Key Responsibilities:
Perform moderately complex problem analysis and solution development
Develop or adapt existing procedures to solve challenges
Understand strategic direction from senior leadership and align team goals accordingly
Interact with direct supervisors and potentially with clients or peers
Make decisions that could impact the team's outcomes
Manage small teams or work as an individual contributor on client deliverables
Be flexible to work in rotational shifts as required
