What Would You Do?

  • Manage the Affiliate Mailbox and reconcile reports as per established processes.

  • Perform all written follow-up attempts for both Serious and Non-serious cases.

  • Ensure compliance with reconciliation protocols and document all case-related communication accurately.

What Are We Looking For?

  • Ability to manage Affiliate Mailbox efficiently.

  • Strong understanding of pharmacovigilance processes, including report reconciliation and case management.

  • Proficiency in performing written follow-up attempts for serious and non-serious cases.

  • Collaborate primarily with your team and direct supervisor.
