What Would You Do?
Manage the Affiliate Mailbox and reconcile reports as per established processes.
Perform all written follow-up attempts for both Serious and Non-serious cases.
Ensure compliance with reconciliation protocols and document all case-related communication accurately.
What Are We Looking For?
Ability to manage Affiliate Mailbox efficiently.
Strong understanding of pharmacovigilance processes, including report reconciliation and case management.
Proficiency in performing written follow-up attempts for serious and non-serious cases.
