About the Role:
ICON plc, a global healthcare intelligence and clinical research leader, is looking for a Principal Clinical Data Science Programmer with expertise in Elluminate to join its high-performing team. Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain data review and cleaning capabilities for sponsor-led Phase I–IV clinical trials using sponsor-specific technologies.
Support efficient study execution and informed decision-making by leveraging emerging approaches in data analytics.
Participate in technical and process improvement initiatives related to data reporting and analytics across Data Science.
Collaborate with external vendors that provide data reporting and analytical capabilities.
Work cross-functionally to resolve issues concerning clinical data reporting and analytics.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Informatics, Life Sciences, or related disciplines.
Industry experience in clinical research (pharma/CRO) involving global clinical trials, systems, or process initiatives.
Prior experience with Elluminate or CluePoints reporting platforms.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work in a remote or Bangalore-based setup with global teams and stakeholders.
