Job Description:

  • Understand quality requirements from both process and target perspectives

  • Train new joiners on Medical Coding concepts and client guidelines

  • Monitor trainee productivity and quality per OJT glide path/ramp-up targets

  • Provide structured and ongoing feedback

  • Educate trainees on client specifications and latest coding updates

  • Conduct one-on-one sessions to address recurring errors

  • Share trainee feedback on productivity and quality with Team Leads

  • Communicate QC feedback effectively to trainees

  • Support Team Leads in early trainee confirmation by providing performance insights

  • Follow company policies and procedures
