Job Overview:

The Winkle College of Pharmacy is seeking a Program Manager to coordinate activities for its graduate programs. This role will involve recruitment, marketing, admissions, progress monitoring, and overall program administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform needs assessments and make program recommendations.
  • Organize and track the academic progress of graduate students.
  • Implement policies, procedures, and handle program communications.
  • Assist with reports, marketing materials, and manage readmission or advanced standing requests.
  • Collaborate with Directors and staff to meet program goals.

Required Education:

  • Bachelor's degree, or 7 years of relevant work experience in lieu of education.

Required Experience:

  • 3 years of relevant experience in program management or higher education.
  • Experience advising students and faculty is a plus.
