Job Responsibilities:
Manage the Affiliate Mailbox and reconcile reports according to established processes.
Perform data entry, MedDRA coding, case processing, submissions, and follow-ups for ICSRs in compliance with client guidelines and global regulations.
Conduct follow-ups for both serious and non-serious cases.
Support the Clinical, Pharmacovigilance & Regulatory sub-offering within Life Sciences R&D, enabling better outcomes by integrating patient insights with scientific expertise.
Solve routine problems by referring to established guidelines.
Receive detailed to moderate instruction for daily and new tasks.
Work independently within a defined scope while collaborating with your immediate team and supervisor.
Role may involve rotational shift work.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm)
Bachelor in Physiotherapy (BPT)
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSc. Nursing)
