QA Analyst – Healthcare IT

Location: Bengaluru, India
Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

IQVIA is hiring a QA Analyst in Bengaluru to support client implementation projects across healthcare and life sciences software products. This role involves test planning, execution, defect tracking, and collaboration across cross-functional teams in a hybrid work model. Ideal for professionals with strong manual and automation testing expertise in regulated healthcare IT environments.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Review requirements and create test strategies, test plans, and test cases

  • Execute manual and automation testing for healthcare compliance solutions

  • Track and troubleshoot defects, report results, and ensure timely resolutions

  • Coordinate with development, BA, and project teams across the SDLC

  • Participate in risk identification and mitigation planning

  • Maintain detailed test documentation and quality records

  • Support test estimations and contribute to continuous process improvements


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3–7 years of software testing experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline

  • Strong understanding of SDLC, test case creation, defect management

  • Knowledge of test planning, estimation, traceability matrix (RTM)

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills

  • Experience in automation tools and scripts (preferred)

  • Exposure to Quality Management Systems like TrackWise or ETQ is a plus
