QA Analyst – Healthcare IT

Job Summary:
IQVIA is hiring a QA Analyst in Bengaluru to support client implementation projects across healthcare and life sciences software products. This role involves test planning, execution, defect tracking, and collaboration across cross-functional teams in a hybrid work model. Ideal for professionals with strong manual and automation testing expertise in regulated healthcare IT environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Review requirements and create test strategies, test plans, and test cases
Execute manual and automation testing for healthcare compliance solutions
Track and troubleshoot defects, report results, and ensure timely resolutions
Coordinate with development, BA, and project teams across the SDLC
Participate in risk identification and mitigation planning
Maintain detailed test documentation and quality records
Support test estimations and contribute to continuous process improvements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
3–7 years of software testing experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
Strong understanding of SDLC, test case creation, defect management
Knowledge of test planning, estimation, traceability matrix (RTM)
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Experience in automation tools and scripts (preferred)
Exposure to Quality Management Systems like TrackWise or ETQ is a plus
