Roles & Responsibilities:
Engage with key thought leaders through scientifically driven medical affairs activities in line with strategic objectives.
Execute strategic medical affairs plans involving medical/product education, evidence generation, advisory boards, and special projects.
Serve as a scientific expert, offering accurate and up-to-date information on therapeutic areas and products.
Collaborate with therapy area leads to optimize patient outcomes via data-driven communication and educational initiatives.
Represent the organization at internal and external scientific forums.
Collect and analyze insights on treatment trends and disease patterns from the field to inform strategy.
Conduct proactive disease trend analyses and contribute to the annual Medical Affairs Strategic Plan.
Respond to and manage scientific information requests from physicians.
Ensure strict compliance with Dr. Reddy’s Code of Business Ethics (COBE) and other regulatory policies.
Collaborate on publications such as meta-analyses, case series, patient-reported outcomes, and ensure they are submitted to reputable journals.
Devise and implement training plans to update internal stakeholders on current scientific developments.
Identify knowledge, practice, and data gaps to drive the development of comprehensive medical strategies.
Support promotional and educational material development and approval processes.
Identify unmet medical needs and contribute to new product ideation and differentiated product development.
Educational Qualification:
MBBS with a full-time postgraduate qualification (minimum 2 years) in any medical discipline
OR
MBBS with an MBA from a reputed institute
Work Experience:
Fresh postgraduates or up to 2 years of experience in field-based Medical Affairs
