Job Summary

ICON plc is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Research Assistant (Phlebotomist/CMA/CNA/EMT) for a full-time, on-site position in San Antonio, TX. This mid-shift role (1:00 PM–9:30 PM) is ideal for professionals with a background in allied health who are passionate about clinical research. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in executing clinical trials and research studies

  • Perform accurate data collection, entry, and analysis

  • Support literature reviews and study-related documentation

  • Maintain regulatory-compliant and organized research records

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet study timelines

  • Prepare study-related presentations, reports, and documentation


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in clinical research or related field

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required

  • Medical Assistant, Phlebotomy Technician, Paramedic, EMT, or LVN certification

  • Current, valid job-related certifications and/or licensure

  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently and within a team
