Position Summary:
We are seeking a Research Associate for the Immunogenicity Team within our Bioanalytical – Proteins & Biosimilars (BA PBS) division. This role is ideal for entry-level or early-career professionals with up to 2 years of experience and a strong interest in bioanalysis and immunogenicity assessment.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and execute experiments to evaluate pharmacokinetics (PK) and immunogenicity of therapeutic biologics.
Develop and validate bioanalytical methods to detect and quantify anti-drug antibodies (ADA) and neutralizing antibodies (NAb).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct immunogenicity studies in compliance with regulatory standards.
Analyze, interpret, and present scientific data through internal presentations and written reports.
Keep updated with advancements in immunogenicity bioanalysis and propose innovative techniques or improvements.
Maintain lab instruments, ensure quality control, and follow data integrity and safety protocols.
Assist in regulatory submissions and support sponsor audits when required.
Qualifications:
M.Pharm / B.Pharm / M.Sc. in Life Sciences or a related discipline
0–2 years of relevant experience in a CRO, pharmaceutical, or research lab setting
Knowledge of immunogenicity assays and ELISA techniques preferred
Familiarity with regulatory guidelines such as FDA, EMA, and GLP
