Our Team:
Sanofi Business Operations (SBO) is an internal organization based in India, dedicated to centralizing processes and activities that support Specialty Care, Vaccines, General Medicines, CHC, CMO, and R&D, Data & Digital functions. SBO aims to be a strategic partner for tactical deliveries to Medical, HEVA, and Commercial organizations globally.
Main Responsibilities:
Support Global HEVA Business Partners: Assist in executing multiple HEOR activities, including systematic literature reviews (SLR), indirect treatment comparisons (ITC), modeling, and dossier preparation.
Project Management: Manage assigned projects aligned with product strategy and value propositions, collaborating with Global HEVA BPs for research projects and economic models.
Evidence-Based Research: Design, implement, and complete innovative research programs that provide evidence for internal decision-making and external audiences at product launch and throughout the product lifecycle.
Innovation and Collaboration: Work with Global HEVA BPs to enhance HEVA value identification and evidence generation processes, ensuring optimal reimbursement decisions and access.
Content Creation: Develop complex strategic content independently and review contributions from HEVA associates, while also coaching them.
Relationship Building: Maintain effective relationships with key internal stakeholders, including Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Commercial, and Market Access teams.
Performance Management: Oversee the HEVA evidence generation plan, managing research plans for investigational and marketed drugs, ensuring timely execution according to budget and timelines.
Process Management: Create HEVA strategic evidence materials and manage evidence generation processes aligned with scientific and value messages.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with various global teams to identify evidence needs and ensure project milestones and timelines are met.
About You
Experience: 8+ years in Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) within the pharmaceutical industry or CRO, with strong project management and analytical skills.
Soft Skills: Effective communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Technical Skills: Deep understanding of reimbursement decisions, health economics methods, and principles of health technology assessment (HTA) reviews.
Education: Advanced degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or a related field, or a medical degree.
Languages: Excellent proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
