About the Team – Antibody Development

The Antibody Development team focuses on the engineering and development of high-quality, high-specificity antibodies for research applications. The team is engaged in the design, development, purification, conjugation, and performance testing of antibodies across a wide range of immunoassay platforms. The objective is to advance product development while generating robust product-specific data to support global research use.

Role Overview

The Scientist I – Protein Biology will be an integral member of the antibody development team, contributing to innovative protein, molecular, and cell biology workflows. The role emphasizes antibody performance, specificity, and reproducibility, supporting the development of next-generation research reagents through cutting-edge scientific methods.

Experience Required

  • 0–3 years of relevant hands-on experience in protein biology, antibody development, or related research areas

  • Fresh PhD candidates (degree submitted within the last 12 months) are encouraged to apply

Educational Qualifications

  • Master’s degree with relevant experience or a PhD in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Immunology, Molecular Biology, or a related discipline

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute experiments with a high degree of accuracy to achieve program and project objectives

  • Maintain thorough and timely documentation of experimental data in laboratory notebooks and data management systems

  • Conduct literature reviews to stay current with advancements in antibody engineering and protein biology

  • Compile, analyze, and present experimental data through written reports and oral presentations

  • Actively participate in team discussions, project reviews, and scientific meetings

  • Adhere to project timelines, laboratory safety standards, and quality guidelines

Required Technical Expertise

  • Familiarity with display-based antibody development platforms

  • Experience or foundational knowledge in antibody or protein engineering, including rational design of mutants

  • Working knowledge of molecular biology techniques relevant to protein expression and characterization

  • Experience or exposure to antibody conjugation chemistries is advantageous

  • Understanding of antibody development workflows and immunoassay applications

  • Demonstrated academic or project-based experience through publications, thesis work, or technical reports

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Strong statistical understanding and familiarity with tools such as GraphPad Prism or similar software
