About the Role:
ConcertAI is seeking a Senior Analyst – Real World Evidence (RWE) to support its mission of transforming healthcare through data-driven insights. This role is ideal for professionals experienced in healthcare data validation, statistical modeling, and quality analytics across real-world data sources like EHR/EMR and claims datasets.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate daily with Data Operations, Informatics, and Software Engineering teams to improve data quality, completeness, and usability across all data partners.
Monitor incoming EHR data from providers to validate:
Data Quality
Data Integrity
Statistical soundness pre- and post-database ingestion
Develop and refine data quality metrics for internal reporting and benchmarking.
Ensure robust validation of data using basic and advanced statistical techniques.
Required Experience & Skills:
3+ years of experience in Real World Data analytics within the life sciences or pharmaceutical industry.
Strong experience with healthcare datasets, particularly EMR/EHR or claims data.
Proficient in medical code sets: HCPCS, ICD, CPT, SNOMED, LOINC, NDC.
Hands-on expertise with SQL and statistical tools like R, SAS, or S.
Ability to navigate complex data structures, diverse coding formats, and large-scale datasets.
Solid understanding of data validation and data integrity checks in healthcare analytics.
