Position Overview: We are seeking a Senior Biostatistician I to join our diverse and dynamic team. In this role, you will be crucial in designing and analyzing clinical trials, interpreting complex medical data, and advancing innovative treatments and therapies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the lead biostatistician for clinical studies of varying complexity.
  • Develop statistical analysis plans and reporting specifications.
  • Oversee the statistical aspects of Case Report Form (CRF) design and editing specifications.
  • Conduct statistical analyses and interpret results for clinical studies.
  • Review randomization specifications and dummy randomization schemes.
  • Participate in bid defense meetings.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Biostatistics, Statistics, or a related field with 5+ years of biostatistical experience.
  • Strong knowledge of various statistical and therapeutic areas, the drug development process, and statistical programming practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills for collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
