Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and clinically proficient Senior Clinical Documentation Specialist to support high-quality outpatient clinical documentation for leading hospitals in the United States. This role involves reviewing physician-patient interactions and enhancing AI-generated clinical notes, ensuring accuracy, clinical relevance, and compliance with Electronic Health Record (EHR) standards.

The ideal candidate will combine clinical knowledge, attention to detail, and proficiency in documentation systems to produce accurate, timely, and high-quality clinical records.


Key Responsibilities

  • Create clinically accurate outpatient visit documentation for US healthcare providers.

  • Review and compare AI-generated clinical notes with physician-patient interaction transcripts to determine clinical impressions and action plans.

  • Listen to and comprehend physician-patient interactions (as required) to enhance AI-generated notes using clinical judgment.

  • Accurately document finalized notes within the EHR system within defined turnaround times (TAT).

  • Ensure all documentation complies with regulatory, quality, and institutional standards.


Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of clinical documentation processes and medical terminology.

  • Ability to interpret and summarize physician-patient interactions accurately.

  • High attention to detail and commitment to documentation quality.

  • Familiarity with EHR systems and AI-assisted clinical documentation tools is a plus.

  • Excellent written communication skills.
