Position Overview

Labcorp India is seeking a Senior Clinical Project Associate to support clinical study operations. In this role, you will be responsible for managing project documentation, ensuring quality and productivity, and providing technical and administrative support to clinical teams. This position offers opportunities to collaborate with cross-functional teams, implement process improvements, and ensure compliance with global clinical trial standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Follow departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.

  • Complete required trainings on time and maintain compliance.

  • Manage day-to-day tasks ensuring quality, accuracy, and productivity.

  • Maintain project and technical documentation in accordance with regulatory and internal standards.

  • Provide administrative and technical support to internal departments.

  • Perform quality checks and ensure timely escalation and issue resolution.

  • Track, report, and analyze metrics as per management requirements.

  • Collaborate with workload dealers to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

  • Respond to quality issues identified by QC reviewers within 24 hours.

  • Support managers in ensuring timesheet and training compliance for all team members.

  • Maintain accurate training files and ensure Daily Task Tracker entries are correct.

  • Act as the single point of contact (POC) for process-related queries alongside SMEs.

  • Participate in process improvement initiatives and assist in implementing updated procedures.

  • Serve as a role model for adherence to technical and soft skill competencies.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.


Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in clinical project operations or study maintenance within the clinical research domain.

  • Strong knowledge of clinical trial processes, study documentation, and regulatory compliance.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant project management tools.

  • Commitment to quality, compliance, and continuous process improvement.
