Job Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for clinical systems integration inquiries
Provide support for the SAS platform and biostatistics tools
Oversee integration of clinical systems at both system and project levels
Monitor data exchanges between clinical systems to ensure integrity and performance
Collaborate with the Business Intelligence team to facilitate data access from clinical systems
Assist the Technical Systems Owner with various support tasks
Required Qualifications:
Proven ability to apply systems thinking to understand project interdependencies
Skilled in transforming user requirements into viable technical solutions
Proficient in relational databases and SQL
Strong experience with API functionality and system integrations
Solid background in software development and scripting (PHP, JavaScript, Python, VBA, PowerShell)
Analytical and detail-oriented problem solver
Experience with SAS and/or R; familiarity with platform management is a plus
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment
Minimum 5 years of experience in Clinical Operations and Information Systems
Familiarity with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) activities
Basic understanding of GxP compliance
Strong logical reasoning skills
