Senior Contract Analyst – Clinical Research (Remote, USA)

This remote-based role offers the opportunity to manage operational and contractual aspects of global clinical trials, collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to support program objectives in compliance with ICH/GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage day-to-day operations within clinical support functions
Coordinate with study teams to ensure timely completion of drug and non-drug programs
Provide regular project status and financial updates in tracking systems
Escalate issues related to functional deliverables proactively
Implement process and operational standards within the function
Manage budgets, resources, and timelines for assigned programs
Oversee cross-functional teams and ensure compliance with clinical trial regulations
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) with 3+ years in pharmaceutical drug development or equivalent
Strong understanding of global clinical trial conduct and ICH/GCP guidelines
Proven project management and team leadership experience
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and administrative skills
Fluent in English; ability to manage global collaborations
Willingness to travel (10–15%)
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in global clinical trials and working with external vendors
Exposure to cross-functional clinical operations
Familiarity with process improvement and implementation
