Job Overview
The Senior Coordinator will be responsible for managing client coordination, certification processes, and audit planning activities while ensuring compliance with industry standards and organizational procedures. This role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage certification workflows, documentation, and stakeholder communication effectively.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end client coordination for certification and audit processes.

Review applications and conduct risk assessments based on submitted details.

Prepare quotations and certification contracts in accordance with organizational guidelines.

Plan audits and support audit team selection based on project requirements.

Coordinate with internal departments and ensure timely follow-up on operational activities.

Collaborate with country offices to ensure seamless execution of certification and audit processes.

Prepare Non-Conformity (NC) and System Certification (SC) data spreadsheets for submission to relevant certification bodies such as GOTS and Textile Exchange.

Maintain Management Information System (MIS) records and documentation in compliance with company standards.

Share scheme updates, regulatory changes, and certification requirements with clients.

Ensure accurate documentation and timely reporting throughout the certification lifecycle.

Qualifications and Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized institution.

3–6 years of experience in certification coordination, audit management, compliance operations, or related roles preferred.

Understanding of certification processes, audit planning, and supply chain compliance standards is an advantage.

Required Skills and Competencies
Strong client management and stakeholder communication skills.

Excellent organizational and documentation management abilities.

Proficiency in audit coordination, risk assessment, and certification workflows.

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a structured environment.

Good knowledge of MIS reporting and documentation practices.
