Salary Range: $165,000 – $235,000 USD annually + discretionary bonus & full benefits


Overview:
Precision AQ is hiring a Senior Director, Evidence Synthesis to lead health economics and outcomes research (HEOR) initiatives within our Evidence Synthesis and Decision Modeling team. In this high-impact role, you will oversee and contribute to systematic literature reviews, meta-analyses, and indirect treatment comparisons that help communicate the value of new therapies to pharma and biotech clients globally.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Leadership & Delivery:

  • Review/sign-off on protocols, SAPs, technical reports, and presentation slides

  • Lead multiple projects, manage timelines, quality standards, and financial performance

  • Ensure strategic alignment and accountability for overall project outcomes

Client & Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Own client relationships, act as subject matter expert in client meetings and correspondence

  • Provide final sign-off on client materials including updates, reports, and study minutes

  • Proactively manage expectations and identify solutions for project-related challenges

Strategic Planning & Business Growth:

  • Contribute to team resource planning and long-term strategy

  • Develop internal processes (e.g., onboarding, training, templates)

  • Drive new business: contribute to proposals, lead pitch meetings, and align opportunities with team capabilities

People Management & Development:

  • Mentor and develop direct and indirect reports

  • Guide communication strategies and team morale

  • Play an active role in recruitment and fostering a collaborative team culture


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in health economics, public health, epidemiology, biostatistics, or related field

  • 10–12 years of experience in HEOR for pharma, biotech, or healthcare clients

  • Expertise in systematic literature reviews, meta-analyses, and indirect treatment comparisons (NMA, MAIC, STC, etc.)

  • Demonstrated record of publications and client-facing consulting work

  • Strong oral and written communication, time management, and organizational skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of R, BUGS/JAGS/Stan is advantageous

  • Leadership experience, including line management and team development
