Job Overview
The Senior Executive Sales will be responsible for driving regional revenue growth, managing client relationships, and executing strategic sales initiatives. The role involves developing territory sales plans, leading business development activities, supporting marketing initiatives, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective sales and service delivery.

This position is ideal for professionals with experience in sales operations, business development, and client relationship management within assurance, compliance, or related service industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve revenue targets for the assigned region in alignment with organizational objectives.

  • Prepare and present sales quotations and proposals to prospective and existing clients.

  • Review and manage contracts for new and existing customers.

  • Maintain accurate customer and sales data in CRM systems.

  • Provide monthly sales performance reports to senior management.

  • Develop and implement territory-specific sales strategies and plans.

  • Lead, monitor, and support Business Development Managers and Executives.

  • Support regional marketing initiatives and promotional activities.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, and industry associations.

  • Identify customer retention risks and implement strategies to maintain long-term relationships.

  • Manage payment collections within the assigned region.

  • Assist in client audit scheduling and coordination activities.

  • Review and improve customer service and sales management procedures.

  • Travel to different locations to engage with customers and support business growth.

  • Provide recommendations for new programs, standards, and audit services.

  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and operational objectives.

Qualifications and Eligibility

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within a Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) organization or related industry.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing client relationships.

  • Strong understanding of sales strategies, customer lifecycle management, and market development.
