Senior Global Trial Manager – Remote (USA)
IQVIA, a global leader in clinical research and healthcare analytics, is hiring a Senior Global Trial Manager for a fully remote role based in the USA. This senior-level position is designed for experienced clinical research professionals who can lead large, multi-regional trials while ensuring compliance with GCP, ICH guidelines, and global regulatory standards. With a focus on quality, compliance, and delivery, this role plays a pivotal part in bringing innovative therapies to market faster.
Responsibilities:
Lead the clinical delivery of large, global trials with multi-regional oversight
Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, sponsor requirements, and internal SOPs
Develop and manage patient recruitment strategies to meet project targets
Contribute to project risk mitigation planning and address clinical quality risks
Monitor clinical project finances, including budgeting and revenue forecasting (EAC)
Manage stakeholder communications and clinical team coordination
Support milestone tracking and reporting as per project scope
Oversee project-level clinical resource allocation and talent development
Deliver training and mentoring to clinical team members as needed
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, healthcare, or a scientific discipline
Minimum 7 years of clinical research or monitoring experience
Strong knowledge of GCP, ICH, and clinical regulatory compliance
Demonstrated expertise in global clinical project management
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
Strong attention to detail with a results-oriented approach
Experience managing cross-functional clinical teams and stakeholders
Ability to manage conflicting priorities and tight deadlines
