Job Summary
GeBBS Healthcare Solutions is hiring a Senior Manager – AR Operations at its Airoli, Maharashtra location. This role involves managing a large team of AR associates to ensure efficient follow-up with US healthcare insurance companies, optimize AR collections, and handle denial management processes. With a strong focus on US healthcare RCM, AR aging reduction, and client satisfaction, this position is ideal for experienced professionals looking to lead operations and improve productivity.
Key Responsibilities
Lead AR teams to meet client expectations and improve collections.
Monitor daily workflow, track key metrics, and ensure SLA adherence.
Implement productivity and quality improvement processes.
Handle denial management and AR follow-up with healthcare insurance companies.
Conduct regular client calls to improve satisfaction and performance.
Oversee new pilot projects, knowledge transfer, and smooth onboarding of team members.
Collaborate with trainers to identify and address training gaps.
Manage client relationships effectively and resolve operational conflicts.
Provide leadership to team leads, SMEs, and trainers for project delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate degree with 11–14 years of experience in US healthcare AR, RCM, and denial management.
Proven experience as Manager or above in AR operations.
Expertise in AR follow-up, denial handling, and collections optimization.
Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to manage metrics, prepare collection reports, and implement process improvements.
Willingness to work night shifts.
Ability to join within 30 days.
