Role Summary

The Senior Manager, Clinical Data Reporting & Analytics is responsible for leading clinical reporting and analytics activities across multiple clinical studies and therapeutic areas. The role partners with clinical stakeholders to gather reporting requirements, develop data visualizations, generate actionable insights, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality reporting solutions that support study monitoring, decision-making, and patient safety.


Key Responsibilities

Clinical Reporting & Analytics

  • Serve as the primary reporting and analytics contact for multiple clinical studies across therapeutic areas.

  • Collaborate with clinical stakeholders to understand study-specific reporting and analytics requirements.

  • Translate business requirements into detailed reporting and development specifications.

  • Leverage standard reporting solutions whenever applicable.

  • Develop, validate, and deliver clinical reports, dashboards, and analytics visualizations.

  • Ensure accurate and high-quality deliverables through a "first-time-right" approach.

Report Development & Quality Assurance

  • Conduct testing and validation of reports and analytics solutions.

  • Document testing results and support peer review activities.

  • Maintain compliance with reporting standards, SOPs, and documentation requirements.

  • Identify and communicate any process deviations or compliance concerns.

Stakeholder Management

  • Partner with cross-functional clinical teams to support study objectives.

  • Negotiate priorities and timelines with stakeholders.

  • Ensure efficient delivery of reporting solutions aligned with business needs.

  • Support global stakeholders across multiple regions and time zones.

Clinical Data Insights

  • Analyze clinical trial data requirements holistically.

  • Recommend effective monitoring strategies to support study oversight and patient safety.

  • Provide analytical expertise for complex reporting and visualization challenges.

  • Drive data-driven decision-making through meaningful insights and metrics.

Continuous Improvement

  • Stay updated on emerging reporting technologies, analytics methodologies, and industry trends.

  • Contribute to process improvements and innovation initiatives within Clinical Data Reporting & Analytics.

  • Support additional CDR&A functional activities based on business priorities.

  • Foster collaboration, knowledge sharing, and teamwork within the organization.


Required Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in:

    • Life Sciences

    • Pharmacy

    • Clinical Research

    • Biostatistics

    • Computer Science

    • Data Analytics

    • Related scientific discipline

Experience

  • Significant experience in Clinical Data Management, Clinical Reporting, Clinical Analytics, or Clinical Operations.

  • Experience supporting clinical trials across multiple therapeutic areas.

  • Strong understanding of clinical trial processes, data standards, and reporting requirements.

  • Experience working with global clinical development teams and stakeholders.
