Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
Co-lead execution of Adobe content platform strategy
Define and manage the product roadmap for Adobe-based systems
Advise senior stakeholders with insights and optimization strategies
Team & Delivery Oversight
Lead a team of developers, product managers, and content specialists
Oversee sprint planning, resourcing, and vendor coordination
Promote a culture of performance, innovation, and collaboration
Operational Excellence
Establish workflows in Adobe Experience Manager and other Adobe tools
Drive performance monitoring, A/B testing, and optimization
Ensure compliance with SEO, accessibility, and healthcare regulations
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with global digital, marketing, and product teams
Align cross-functional teams across multiple time zones
Deliver cohesive, scalable digital healthcare experiences
Required Skills & Qualifications
Doctorate degree + 8 years, OR Master’s + 9 years, OR Bachelor’s + 12 years of experience in a marketing/business role aligned with commercial strategy
Minimum 8 years in digital product leadership or web/content management
At least 3 years in a managerial role
Proficient with Adobe Experience Cloud: Assets, Sites, Creative Suite, Workfront
Strong understanding of digital compliance and accessibility in regulated environments
Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams across geographies
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare content strategy
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and sprint-based delivery
Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or CRM systems
Technical knowledge of APIs, web architecture, and performance optimization
