Role Overview
Clarivate is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Research Analysis to lead a team supporting Global Primary Market Research (PMR) and Healthcare Research Operations.
The role is responsible for end-to-end operational delivery, people leadership, research operations, programming oversight, vendor management, process excellence, automation, and strategic initiatives.
The position serves as a key link between research teams, consulting stakeholders, vendors, and operational support functions, ensuring high-quality service delivery, operational efficiency, scalability, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree in:

Pharmacy
Healthcare
Business Administration
Market Research
Related field
Minimumwork, managing stakeholders, and driving operational improvements 10 years of experience in:
Healthcare
Pharmaceutical Market Research
Research Operations
Related functions
Minimum 3 years of people leadership experience.
Experience managing global teams and stakeholders.
Strong understanding of Primary Market Research operations.
Experience with Healthcare Professional (HCP) engagement processes.
Experience in vendor management and operational governance.
Preferred Experience
Experience supporting consulting and custom research projects.
Experience with healthcare compliance platforms such as MediSpend.
Exposure to survey programming and research technologies.
Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
Experience implementing AI-enabled operational workflows.

Develop and mentor teams across research, survey programming, recruitment, and project management.
Primary Market Research Operations
Lead the design and execution of global qualitative and quantitative market research studies.
Oversee:
Questionnaire design
Discussion guide development
Survey programming
Fieldwork
Data quality assurance
Drive panel-building initiatives.
Develop respondent engagement strategies for:
HCPs
KOLs
Payers
Patients
Healthcare stakeholders
Manage research project portfolios.
Oversee project planning, resource allocation, vendor management, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation.
Ensure compliance with applicable healthcare regulations, privacy requirements, and quality standards.
Partner with Consulting, Product, and Commercial teams to strengthen PMR capabilities and support business growth.
Stakeholder Management
Partner with consulting, research, and commercial teams to understand business requirements.
Serve as an escalation point for operational issues and client requests.
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
Coordinate across teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Vendor & Partner Management
Manage:

Monitor vendor performance, quality, turnaround times, and contractual obligations.
