Role Overview

Clarivate is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Research Analysis to lead a team supporting Global Primary Market Research (PMR) and Healthcare Research Operations.

The role is responsible for end-to-end operational delivery, people leadership, research operations, programming oversight, vendor management, process excellence, automation, and strategic initiatives.

The position serves as a key link between research teams, consulting stakeholders, vendors, and operational support functions, ensuring high-quality service delivery, operational efficiency, scalability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in:

    • Life Sciences

    • Pharmacy

    • Healthcare

    • Business Administration

    • Market Research

    • Related field

  • Minimumwork, managing stakeholders, and driving operational improvements 10 years of experience in:

    • Healthcare

    • Pharmaceutical Market Research

    • Research Operations

    • Related functions

  • Minimum 3 years of people leadership experience.
