Premier Research is seeking a Senior Project Manager, Dermatology to join its General Medicine team. In this role, you will help advance biotech, medtech, and specialty pharma innovations that transform scientific ideas into new medicines, devices, and diagnostics that improve and save lives. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate global project teams, including Regulatory, Clinical Operations, Biometrics, and Medical Affairs/Safety, to ensure successful delivery of project milestones

  • Ensure projects remain within approved budget and scope to support financial and operational objectives

  • Oversee execution of project plans in compliance with Premier Research processes, policies, and regulatory standards

  • Serve as the primary client liaison for assigned projects and lead project meetings and teleconferences

  • Support business development activities, including proposal development and presentations in collaboration with internal stakeholders

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to support repeat and expanded business opportunities

Candidate Profile
We are looking for candidates with:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a clinical, biological, or science-related field, or equivalent education and experience

  • At least 5+ years of project management experience within a CRO, pharmaceutical, biotech, or specialty pharma environment

  • Experience in budget management, costing, and financial oversight at the project level

  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-phase clinical trials across the full study lifecycle

  • Global project experience (preferred)

  • Strong knowledge of multiple therapeutic areas with specific expertise in Dermatology (required)

Compensation & Benefits

  • Minimum annual base salary: $122,000 USD (actual compensation depends on experience, skills, and qualifications)
