As a Senior Scientific Writer – HEVA (Health Economics & Value Assessment), you’ll create strategic scientific content that connects clinical outcomes with economic value, helping pharma products succeed in global markets.

Key Responsibilities
HEVA Scientific Content Development
Develop manuscripts, abstracts, posters, and slide decks aligned with HEVA strategy
Support global communication plans across therapeutic areas and product teams
Contribute to Core Value Dossier (CVD) and AMCP dossier development
Evidence Synthesis & Value Communication
Translate clinical and economic data into value-driven narratives
Maintain and update Core Value Decks with latest HEVA evidence
Support market access and reimbursement decision-making
Content Review & Mentorship
Review and refine content created by junior writers
Coach team members and share best practices
Ensure compliance with publication SOPs and quality standards
Stakeholder Collaboration
Work closely with HEVA, RWE (Real-World Evidence), and Medical Affairs teams
Interact with healthcare professionals and global stakeholders
Align deliverables with cross-functional strategic goals
Process & Compliance
Manage end-to-end content lifecycle using iEnvision / Datavision / Matrix tools
Conduct publication needs analysis and execute publication plans
Ensure adherence to Good Publication Practices (GPP) and regulatory standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education & Experience
Advanced degree (PhD / Master’s / MD) in Life Sciences / Pharmacy / Public Health
4+ years of experience in medical writing / HEVA / scientific communications
Core Technical Skills
Knowledge of Health Economics & Outcomes Research (HEOR)
Experience with Core Value Dossier (CVD), AMCP Dossier
Understanding of Real-World Evidence (RWE) and epidemiology
Strong scientific writing, literature review, and data interpretation skills
Regulatory & Industry Knowledge
Familiarity with ICH Guidelines, GxP, and publication compliance
Understanding of market access, payer evidence, and reimbursement frameworks
