As a Senior Statistical Programmer I, you will be responsible for delivering programming tasks with quality and timeliness while following established standards and processes. Collaborative Programming Support:
Work with team members to provide technical programming and information components for study or project deliverables.
Protocol and Clinical Development Implementation:
Implement statistical programming aspects of clinical protocols and development programs.
High-Quality Deliverables:
Ensure high-quality deliverables, both for your own work and for the team’s contributions.
Independent Programming:
Program independently with efficiency and quality, adhering to established standards.
Documentation and Specifications:
Write specifications and ensure the completeness of relevant documentation.
Best Practice Development:
Contribute to the development of best practices aimed at improving quality, efficiency, and effectiveness within the team.
Compliance and Automation:
Ensure compliance with industry standards and utilize automation where applicable.
Team Coordination:
Initiate and coordinate team activities and tasks, identifying risks within assigned studies or projects.
Collaboration with Study Teams:
Collaborate with various team members including statisticians, lead programmers, data managers, and study leaders.
Contract Programming Coordination:

Technical Initiative Contribution:

Project Management Practices:

Educational Background:
A degree in Mathematics (Applied Math, Engineering, etc.), Statistics, Computer Science, Life Science, or a related field.
Programming Skills:
Strong programming skills, including proficiency in macro languages.
Clinical Development Knowledge:
Intermediate knowledge of the clinical development process.
Industry Standards Knowledge:
Good understanding of industry standards.
Project Management Skills:
Experience in implementing project management practices.
Problem-Solving Ability:
Ability to apply programming knowledge to solve problems and manage relevant documentation effectively.
