Job Title: Service Delivery Manager – Medidata Clinical Data Management Systems

Experience Required: 5+ years in Service Delivery, Project Management, or Clinical Data Management
We are seeking a highly skilled Service Delivery Manager to lead and manage clinical applications within DDIT R&D, focusing on end-to-end service delivery for Medidata Clinical Data Management Systems. You will ensure seamless transition of projects to operational services, oversee platform delivery, and maintain high levels of client satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to coordinate with cross-functional and global teams.
As part of our Healthcare division, you will contribute to improving patient outcomes across key therapeutic areas such as Oncology, Neurology, and Fertility while advancing your career in a collaborative, inclusive, and innovative environment.
Oversee full lifecycle service delivery for clinical applications, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client expectations.
Collaborate with internal project teams, technical teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors to facilitate smooth transitions to operational service.
Serve as the primary point of contact for service delivery inquiries and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
Monitor service delivery progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies for timely and high-quality execution.
Lead Hypercare and Go-Live support for projects, providing guidance on complex applications and technical matters.
Conduct regular client reviews to assess satisfaction and identify improvement opportunities.
Ensure compliance with GxP and Non-GxP standards across all service delivery activities.
Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, supporting both internal and external resources.
Implement and maintain service delivery frameworks, SLA compliance, and KPIs.
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, IT, or related field.
Experience: Minimum 5 years in Service Delivery, Project Management, or Clinical Data Management, preferably in Healthcare, Life Sciences, or Technology sectors.
Technical Skills:
Strong experience in managing Medidata Clinical Data Management Systems (essential).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Snowflake) and basic cloud infrastructure.
Knowledge of Change and Release Management, Incident & Problem Management.
Understanding of GxP compliance and validation processes (validation plans, protocols, reports).
