About the Role:

Pfizer is seeking a Site Care Partner to act as the primary point of contact for investigative sites across the entire clinical trial lifecycle. This role involves site start-up, activation, recruitment, quality oversight, and issue resolution—ensuring compliance with ICH-GCP, regulatory requirements, and Pfizer SOPs while fostering strong investigator relationships.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as Pfizer’s liaison for sites from site selection through study close-out.

  • Lead site start-up and activation activities, ensuring readiness for First Subject First Visit (FSFV).

  • Support feasibility, protocol assessment, and operational strategy with local insights.

  • Oversee site readiness, including training, documentation, and checklist completion.

  • Collaborate with CRAs and study teams to ensure quality monitoring and compliance.

  • Resolve operational issues (contracts, payments, IP/supply management).

  • Drive site-level recruitment and ensure alignment with enrollment targets.

  • Monitor site performance and address risks using data analytics and country intelligence.

  • Maintain and enhance relationships with site organizations and investigators.

  • Provide local intelligence to inform site and country-level decisions.


Qualifications & Experience Required:

  • Graduate/Post-Graduate in Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or Nursing; MBBS/MD preferred.

  • 8–12 years in clinical site management, CRA, or Site Monitor roles.

  • Proven track record in site start-up, activation, conduct, and close-out.

  • Strong understanding of ICH-GCP and local regulatory frameworks.

  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of local languages preferred.

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.

  • Tech-savvy and adaptable to evolving systems and processes.

  • Willing to travel nationally and internationally.
