Job Summary

Sanofi is seeking a seasoned Team Lead – Registry Site Operations to drive global patient registry studies from Hyderabad. You’ll lead a dynamic team of 10–15 professionals, managing stakeholder engagement, study start-up, and operational excellence. Ideal for experienced professionals in clinical research, project management, and registry operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor the registry operations team on study/project management, quality, and compliance.

  • Oversee stakeholder engagement, resource planning, and project timelines.

  • Monitor ongoing studies and ensure quality delivery to global partners.

  • Propose and implement automation and process improvement strategies.

  • Collaborate with global teams on planning, risk mitigation, and new initiatives.

  • Maintain audit-ready documentation, project trackers, and performance tools.

  • Promote best practices and facilitate operational excellence across teams.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in global clinical trials, stakeholder engagement, and project tracking.

  • Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP, regulatory guidelines, and risk management.

  • Proficient in CTMS, EDC systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Expertise in data management, registry oversight, and compliance.

  • Project management certification preferred.

  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

  • Postgraduate degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or Medicine.

  • High proficiency in English (spoken and written).
