Job Responsibilities:

  1. Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed the primary sales targets and ensure that secondary targets are at least equal to the primary ones.
  2. Prescription Generation: Maximize prescriptions to boost market share.
  3. Stock Management: Ensure that there are no expired products on the stockist shelves by ensuring timely liquidation of stocks through prescription generation.
  4. Market Intelligence: Share competitor and market information in a timely manner with the Area Business Manager (ABM) and the division to keep the team informed.
  5. Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with doctors, stockists, and other key customers. Ensure regular visits to stockists without deviation from the set schedule.
  6. Doctor Engagement: Prioritize and meet with doctors based on business needs and their potential.
  7. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with managerial, marketing, and support teams to strengthen relationships and drive sales efforts.
  8. New Product Introduction: Monitor and plan for new product introductions, ensuring proper stocking and sales tracking.
  9. Field Work Reporting: Report daily fieldwork activities using the assigned online system.
  10. Organize Events (CME): Organize Continuing Medical Education (CME) camps aligned with division strategy and customer needs.
  11. Generate POBs: Generate Purchase Order Bookings (POBs) for Abbott brands as per the business plan.

Required Experience:

  • Experience: 2+ years of relevant experience. Freshers with strong communication and analytical skills may also be considered.
  • Educational Qualifications: A B.Sc. or B.Pharm degree (Bachelor's in Science or Pharmacy).
