Role Overview
As a Trainee Process Consultant, you will contribute to team performance and client satisfaction by learning and implementing processes related to Member Grievance and General & Administrative (G&A) operations. This entry-level position is ideal for candidates looking to start a career in healthcare BPM, gain domain expertise, and develop analytical, communication, and process skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand and adhere to the process requirements for G&A – Member Grievance (Non-Voice).

  • Process claims, handle projects, and follow workflow guidelines in compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLA).

  • Develop active listening, reasoning, and analytical skills to resolve queries effectively.

  • Meet productivity targets and turnaround times (TAT) while maintaining high-quality standards.

  • Acquire knowledge and skills across related process areas to support team efficiency.

  • Communicate fluently in English and other required languages for the function/location.

  • Demonstrate punctuality, adherence to attendance norms, and professional conduct.

Mandatory Skills

  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with problem-solving ability.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with conflict resolution capabilities.

  • Basic understanding of data, technology platforms, and workflow systems.
