Job Description:
The Senior Research Scientist - PD will be part of the product development team, focusing on chemical research and the development of specialty chemicals, agrochemical intermediates, and CDMO-based products. This role involves managing and executing research projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Research Projects: Oversee the development and optimization of specialty chemicals and agrochemical intermediates.
Experimentation & Analysis: Plan and execute experiments, analyze data, and prepare technical reports.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with technology absorption, design & engineering, production, and regulatory teams.
Mentorship: Provide technical guidance to junior scientists and research associates.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
Educational Qualification: M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry.
Experience: 8-10 years of experience in product development, chemical research, and project management.
Desirable Skills: Knowledge in specialty chemicals, agrochemical intermediates, CDMO-based products, and experience in laboratory equipment and data analysis.
