Associate Medical Data Review Manager | Full-Time | Bangalore, India

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-driven Associate Medical Data Review Manager to support clinical data review and medical data management activities in Bangalore. This role focuses on ensuring data accuracy, medical consistency, and protocol compliance while collaborating with clinical teams to deliver high-quality data solutions. The ideal candidate will bring a strong clinical or medical background combined with project management and data review expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive medical data review to ensure accuracy, consistency, and clinical plausibility of patient data in line with study protocols.

  • Identify patient-level anomalies and discrepancies, ensuring medical congruency across datasets.

  • Provide project management support, including workload planning, issue escalation, and continuous process improvement.

  • Collaborate with clinical study teams, stakeholders, and decision-makers to deliver high-quality data management outcomes.

  • Track service performance metrics, identify root causes of issues, and implement corrective actions.

  • Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of compliance and data-related issues.

  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for medical data review processes.

  • Deliver therapeutic area and indication-specific training to clinical project teams.

  • Participate in study kick-off meetings, client discussions, and regular team meetings.

  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BHMS, or equivalent medical degree, or a Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences/Clinical Sciences.

  • 3–6 years of experience in clinical research, medical data review, or clinical data management within CRO, pharmaceutical, or healthcare environments.

  • Strong understanding of medical terminology, pharmacology, anatomy, and physiology.

  • Experience in clinical data sciences and exposure to data review processes and tools.

  • Demonstrated project management and leadership capabilities.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with minimal supervision.
