Role Summary

The Apprentice will support senior team members in daily operations while gaining practical exposure to pharmaceutical research, development, manufacturing, and quality processes. This role is designed to provide hands-on industry experience, develop technical and professional skills, and prepare candidates for future career opportunities within the pharmaceutical sector.


Key Responsibilities

Operational Support

  • Assist senior staff with day-to-day activities and assigned projects.

  • Follow company policies, procedures, and safety regulations at all times.

  • Support departmental activities across functions such as Manufacturing, Quality Control, Research & Development, and Supply Chain.

Learning & Development

  • Learn and apply Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) relevant to assigned departments.

  • Participate in training programs, workshops, and development initiatives.

  • Develop knowledge of pharmaceutical processes, technologies, and industry practices.

  • Demonstrate enthusiasm for continuous learning and professional growth.

Documentation & Record Management

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to assigned tasks.

  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of reports and operational records.

  • Follow documentation practices in compliance with company standards.

Communication & Collaboration

  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.

  • Provide updates on assigned tasks and report any issues or challenges promptly.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational objectives.

Safety & Compliance

  • Adhere to all workplace safety standards and company guidelines.

  • Contribute to maintaining a safe, productive, and compliant work environment.

  • Support quality and compliance initiatives within the assigned department.


Required Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in:

    • Pharmacy

    • Life Sciences

    • Chemistry

    • Biotechnology

    • Chemical Engineering

    • Related Science Disciplines


Required Skills & Competencies

  • Good verbal and written communication skills.

  • Basic understanding of pharmaceutical or manufacturing processes.
