Job Description:

Role Description Overview:
The AR Associate is responsible for managing day-to-day activities related to denials processing, claims follow-up, and customer service in the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) domain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review emails for updates and take appropriate action

  • Contact insurance carriers, document communication in software and spreadsheets

  • Escalate unresolved issues to the immediate supervisor

  • Update production logs regularly

  • Understand project-specific client requirements

  • Ensure targeted collections are met daily/monthly

  • Meet productivity and quality targets set by the client

  • Follow up on pending claims

  • Prepare and maintain status reports
