Job Summary

The Assistant Clinical Project Manager (ACPM) supports the successful delivery of imaging-based clinical trials across global studies. This role works closely with Clinical Project Managers (CPMs) to coordinate project activities, manage study documentation, track deliverables, and ensure smooth communication between clients and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management Support

  • Assist Clinical Project Managers with study start-up, execution, and close-out activities.

  • Support day-to-day project administration and coordination.

  • Serve as acting Project Manager during temporary CPM absences when required.

  • Monitor project timelines and ensure timely completion of deliverables.

Clinical Trial Coordination

  • Read, understand, and apply clinical protocols and imaging requirements.

  • Participate in project meetings, client calls, and training sessions.

  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure project milestones are achieved.

  • Track missing data, open queries, and incomplete documentation until resolution.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Develop, review, edit, and maintain project documents.

  • Prepare presentations, reports, and project status updates.

  • Create and distribute internal and external project reports.

  • Maintain project records and database updates.

Stakeholder Communication

  • Communicate project updates to clients and internal stakeholders.

  • Act as a liaison between cross-functional teams.

  • Ensure effective communication and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.

Financial & Logistics Support

  • Assist with scope change documentation and project forecasting.

  • Support invoice reconciliation and financial tracking activities.

  • Coordinate distribution, tracking, and management of site-facing study materials.

Required Qualifications

Education

  • Associate Degree (Required).

  • Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Clinical Research, Healthcare, or related field (Preferred).

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in:

    • Clinical Research

    • Clinical Trials

    • Pharmaceutical Drug Development

    • Clinical Operations

    • Healthcare Research

Technical Skills

  • Strong proficiency in:

    • Microsoft Word

    • Microsoft Excel

    • Microsoft PowerPoint

    • Microsoft Outlook

  • Understanding of clinical trial processes and project management principles.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in healthcare, medical imaging, or clinical research environments.

  • Exposure to global clinical trials and regulated industry processes.

  • Knowledge of clinical study documentation and reporting.

  • Experience working with cross-functional international teams.

Salary Criteria

Expected Salary: ₹6.5–11 LPA for candidates with 2–4 years of Clinical Research, Clinical Operations, or Clinical Project Coordination experience, depending on qualifications, domain expertise, and project management exposure.
