Role Overview:
The Assistant Manager – Blending is responsible for developing and implementing production plans, coordinating resources, and ensuring that blending operations are carried out efficiently, safely, and in compliance with production specifications and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop production schedules and plans using engineering plans, contracts, and product specifications.

  • Estimate and allocate human resources, tools, and equipment required for manufacturing.

  • Monitor production activities, analyze data, and ensure timely flow of materials to meet production requirements.

  • Adjust production schedules to accommodate design changes, backlogs, and material or labor shortages.

  • Prepare work orders for production or purchase requests based on schedules.

  • Evaluate production specifications and plant capacity to determine optimal manufacturing processes.

  • Calculate machine and operator loads to ensure efficient production operations.

Educational Qualification:

  • Associate’s Degree or equivalent (± 13 years of formal education).

Experience Requirements:

  • No prior work experience required; suitable for fresh graduates looking to start a career in pharmaceutical operations.
