About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Process Specialist – Client Education to support operational excellence initiatives within the Client Education function. This role is responsible for process optimization, workflow automation, data analysis, reporting, and documentation management to enhance internal efficiency and service delivery standards.

Working in close collaboration with Business Analysts and Process Change Managers, the selected candidate will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, support change management activities, and drive the adoption of new tools and operational best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze operational data to identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.

  • Document current-state and future-state processes in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Support change management initiatives by applying structured methodologies and ensuring effective communication across teams.

  • Maintain and update departmental documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Standard Work Instructions (SWIs), ensuring compliance and traceability.

  • Develop dashboards, performance reports, and executive summaries to support leadership decision-making.

  • Coordinate cross-functional meetings and workshops focused on operational efficiency and service delivery enhancement.

  • Evaluate and assist in implementing digital tools and workflow automation solutions to improve output quality and timeliness.

  • Prepare internal user documentation, release notes, and training materials to facilitate smooth adoption of process updates.

  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain Power Apps automations supporting departmental workflows.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of education programs and consistent service standards.

  • Support senior stakeholders in executing strategic initiatives and continuous improvement projects.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Education, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).

  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in customer training, adult education, business process improvement, workflow automation, or operational analysis.

  • Hands-on experience with documentation tools, reporting systems, business intelligence platforms, and workflow automation solutions.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

  • Ability to quickly learn new software platforms and independently manage assigned tasks.

  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

  • Problem-solving mindset with adaptability to evolving business priorities.

  • Must be based in Bangalore or willing to work in a hybrid work environment.
