Job Title: Client Partner – AR Quality Analyst

Location: Noida, India

Job Description:

Join Access Healthcare as a Client Partner – AR Quality Analyst and enhance your expertise in healthcare revenue cycle management. This role involves quality analysis, training, and process improvement in accounts receivable (AR) and medical billing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily reviews with team leaders/supervisors to assess quality results.
  • Possess expertise in RCM, denials, and AR processes.
  • Identify and highlight potential operational issues to management.
  • Work closely with new hires or individuals struggling with errors to ensure quality work.
  • Analyze error trends to identify training opportunities.
  • Provide small group or one-on-one training as needed.
  • Develop and recommend corrective actions based on quality issues.
  • Stay updated on billing requirements and system practices, recommending process improvements.
  • Meet established production and quality standards.
  • Track and maintain accuracy rates for all customers.

Job Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in medical billing or healthcare billing.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and web applications.
  • In-depth knowledge of medical billing, AR processes, and revenue cycle management.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Candidates with client servicing and process transition experience are also encouraged to apply.
