Job Title: Client Partner - Medical Coding – Denial

Location: Pune, India

Job Description:

Join Access Healthcare as a Client Partner - Medical Coding (Denial) and play a key role in training corporate associates in business English-speaking skills. This position offers free cab facility, medical insurance, and social security benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct new hire training on English grammar, voice, and accent.
  • Prepare recurring training reports for the training manager.
  • Assist the recruitment team in screening candidates for voice and accent.
  • Audit frontline agents' calls, document scores, and record observations.
  • Provide feedback and coaching to improve call handling and communication skills.
  • Work with stakeholders to implement and evaluate communication, soft skills, and call handling training programs.
  • Monitor live calls on the operation floor and provide real-time coaching and feedback.

Job Requirements:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent facilitation and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to maintain data and MIS as per training requirements.
  • Expertise in English grammar, pronunciation, and accent for calls, emails, and messaging.
  • Strong people management skills.
  • Ability to create presentations for management reviews.
  • Willingness to work night shifts.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in voice and accent training or a similar role (preferred).
  • Experience in the Healthcare RCM industry (desired).
  • Certification in English language teaching (BEC, CELTA, TESOL) is an added advantage.
