Role Overview

TSP Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced Client Partner (Senior European Recruiter) to drive business growth and deliver high-quality recruitment solutions across Europe’s pharmaceutical and medical device sectors. This is a strategic, client-facing role combining business development, senior-level recruitment delivery, and talent pipeline management.

The role supports both TSP brand expansion across Europe and Deployment Solutions recruitment projects, while also contributing to global commercial recruitment initiatives within Syneos Health.


Key Responsibilities

Client Development & Business Growth

  • Identify, develop, and maintain new and existing client relationships across European markets

  • Partner closely with leadership to design recruitment solutions aligned with client workforce needs

  • Act as a brand ambassador for TSP Talent Solutions and Syneos Health at industry events and networking forums

  • Support the planning and execution of European TSP networking and talent engagement events

Recruitment Delivery & Talent Management

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from requisition approval to offer and onboarding

  • Develop and execute role-specific recruiting strategies for critical and high-priority positions

  • Source candidates via ATS platforms, job boards, professional networks, and social media channels

  • Screen, assess, and present high-quality, fully vetted candidate profiles to hiring managers and clients

  • Manage candidate interview processes, feedback loops, and final selection decisions

  • Prepare offer documentation and ensure accuracy in contracts and onboarding processes

Operational & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Ensure commercial and legal documentation (CDA, MSA, SOW) is completed prior to project initiation

  • Maintain accurate and compliant records within ATS, CRM, and Salesforce systems

  • Attend weekly business development, project review, and recruitment operations meetings

  • Collaborate with Recruitment Operations, Branding, HR, Finance, Business Development, and Operations teams

  • Proactively identify recruitment risks or contingencies and escalate to stakeholders as needed


Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Fluent written and verbal English communication

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not mandatory with relevant experience

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, including client acquisition and account expansion

  • Recent recruitment experience within the pharmaceutical or medical device industry is mandatory

  • Proven ability to win new clients and grow existing recruitment accounts

  • Strong working knowledge of ATS, CRM systems, web-based recruiting tools, and Microsoft Office

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple recruitment projects across geographies
