Job Overview:
Manage end-to-end delivery of data management services for single or multi-service clinical research projects. Ensure high-quality data deliverables are provided on time and within budget, while meeting customer expectations. Act as a Data Team Lead (DTL), supporting project planning, execution, and close-out.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Delivery & Data Quality:
Collect study setup requirements via stakeholder communication
Oversee and support validation of new device integrations
Perform and monitor regular data cleaning activities
Ensure data deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations
Adhere to contract timelines and Scope of Work (SOW) requirements
Project & Team Management:
Lead internal study and sponsor-related meetings
Track project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions
Support implementation of new technology or database updates
Collaborate with programming teams for automation and innovation
Provide support and guidance to new team members
Compliance & Process Improvement:
Ensure compliance with eSOPs and training requirements
Participate in audits and support process enhancements
Review and provide input for operating procedures and work instructions
Required Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
3–4 years of direct Data Management experience
At least 1 year of experience as a Clinical Data Management (CDM) project lead
Language: Fluency in English (spoken and written)
Technical Skills:
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and email
Understanding of drug development lifecycle and clinical research processes
